SHIPPING POLICY

Please note: We do not deliver to PO boxes. Please ensure you provide a valid street address at checkout.

Order Processing All Tradie Drip products are made to order. Once your order is placed, please allow 2–4 business days for production and printing before your order is dispatched. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed and a second notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping — Australia We ship Australia-wide. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote and regional areas may take slightly longer. All orders include tracking so you can follow your delivery from dispatch to door.

Total delivery estimate: allow 2–3 weeks from order date to arrival.

International Shipping We currently ship to Australia only. International shipping will be available soon — follow us on Instagram and TikTok @tradie.drip for updates.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery directly with the carrier.

Lost or Delayed Orders We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of your dispatch notification please contact us at hello@tradiedrip.com.au and we will investigate on your behalf.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase. Tradie Drip is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing your order please contact us at hello@tradiedrip.com.au as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
