Ordering & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
All Tradie Drip gear is made to order specifically for you. Please allow 2–3 weeks from when you place your order to when it arrives at your door. We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yep — we ship to every corner of Australia. Shipping is always free on all Australian orders.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because every piece is made to order, we start production quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us at hello@tradiedrip.com.au as soon as possible and we’ll do our best — but we can’t guarantee changes once production has started.
Returns & Quality
What is your returns policy?
Because every piece is made to order for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, has a print defect, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 14 days at hello@tradiedrip.com.au with a photo and we’ll sort it out — no questions asked.
What if my item arrives damaged or with a print defect?
That’s on us. Send a photo to hello@tradiedrip.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll replace it or refund you. No drama.
How do I care for my hoodie or tee?
Machine wash cold (30°C), gentle cycle, inside out. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. Never iron directly on the print. The vintage wash finish softens further with every wash — that’s a feature, not a defect.
Will the print fade or crack over time?
We use DTG (direct-to-garment) printing on premium quality blanks. When cared for properly — washed inside out, cold water, no bleach — the print holds up extremely well. The distressed vintage look is part of the design and actually improves with age.
Sizing
What size should I order?
Our hoodies run oversized by design — size down one if you want a regular fit, or stay true to size for the full oversized streetwear look. Tees also run with a relaxed fit. Check our Size Guide for exact measurements.
Do you offer 3XL or larger sizes?
Our tees go up to 3XL and hoodies up to 2XL in the current range. We’re working on expanding size availability — if you need a specific size that’s not listed, reach out to us at hello@tradiedrip.com.au.

Where is Tradie Drip based?
Tradie Drip is proudly Australian — designed on the Gold Coast, QLD.
My trade isn’t in the current range — will it be added?
Yes — we’re just getting started. Vol. 1 covers sparkies, plumbers, chippies, concreters, painters and welders. More trades are on the way. Jump on our waitlist and we’ll let you know when your trade drops.
Do you do bulk or worksite orders?
We can look at bulk orders for worksites, apprenticeship programs, or trade groups. Get in touch at hello@tradiedrip.com.au and we’ll work something out.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
